The German Conference on Bioinformatics (GCB) is an annual, international conference devoted to all areas of bioinformatics and meant as a platform for the whole bioinformatics community. Recent meetings attracted a multinational audience of approx. 250 participants each year. The conference will take place at the DESY research facility, one of the world’s leading accelerator centres. Besides the talks and poster sessions, ample networking opportunities including a conference dinner, a guided tour through DESY’s accelerator labs, and a company exhibition to connect with industry representatives will be provided. The conference is preceded by a workshop programme on the 11 September 2023.
