HyperFORM: A toolkit for hyperlogarithms

Adam Kardos (Uni. Debrecen & ELTE Budapest)

In perturbative Quantum Field Theory calculations, loop corrections via virtual particles are typically performed by integrating over virtual particle momenta analytically. However, these calculations are complicated by multiple mass scales and function spaces that have not yet been fully explored. A certain class of these integrals can be evaluated using hyperlogarithms. In my talk, I will introduce the problem of integration in these cases and present hyperlogarithms, along with a suitable representation of the integrals, to enable their evaluation within the function space of hyperlogarithms. Manipulating hyperlogarithms requires several delicate operations, for which a new computational framework, called HyperFORM, has been developed in FORM.
