What we do to promote diversity.
To support an appreciative and anti-discriminatory exchange, various instruments and offers are available for DESYaners:
- Official representatives, such as the Equal Opportunities Officer and the Representative of the Severely Disabled
- Events and training opportunities on diversity & inclusion
- Reporting and counselling centres in case of discrimination
- Networking and exchange opportunities for employees, such as the Diversity Roundtable
- Focus project on diversity-sensitive recruitment
- Have a say: Diversity survey on equal opportunities and participation at DESY
- Commitment of the Board: Commitment to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion at DESY
