Be sure these are on lines by themselves and start in column 1. The argument should be the full filename -- no implied suffix. Files will be searched for along the `LITINPUTS' path, specified by an environment variable of the same name. The default path includes only your current working directory.

`\input's are only followed at link time; if that's not what you want, either give the appropriate command-line flag (`-n') or use `\inputnow'.
