-q option
(`lit2pgm' only.) Take quick shortcut. This will work if you are
only using ribbon `main' (i.e., the usual recommended practice).
Should be much faster than the plain `lit2pgm'.
The `-q' option will be the default in the Glorious new
Haskell compiler.
