Preparations for database update (1)

• New database banks for local effects:

  • CJLV: layer dependent Vdrift corrections
  • CJPC: wire position corrections (survey 89/90)
  • CJFC: close and far wire corrections
  • CJCF: cathode field corrections (C1 problem)
  • CJRR: Rj resolution parametrization (layer, drift)
  • CJBG: (bad) wire groups with clock problems
