Known issues:

* The parallel version of Astra currently might stall if a substiantial number of macroparticles is lost.

* If Astra or generator crash with a 'Fortran runtime error: End of file' error, just add an empty line at the end of the input file.

* Due to the way static linking works on macOS, the parallel version of Astra needs gfortran to be installed in addition to open-mpi (for example via homebrew (http://brew.sh)).
