   Short description of the project the student should work on  :

   The DSSC consortium develops an one-megapixel X-ray imaging camera
   with a frame rate of 4.5 M images per second.

   Physics / Computing/ Engineering  Content of the project :
   Evaluation and characterization of the in-pixel ADC electronics.

  Special Qualifications expected from the student ( Computing,...) :
  Basic knowledge of computer controlled test and measurement 
  equipment. Experiences in using LabView and microelectronics would
  be a plus.
