Command-line option `-n/': Recognize short comments (Fortran).
The standard FWEB notation for a short comment is `// ...'. However,
in Fortran the `//' denotes concatenation by default. To make it denote
a short comment, use the `-n/' option. For concatenation, use `\/'.
